We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Interior Designer to join our team as the sole designer at a finished basement company. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with limited experience in the field who is eager to take on a key role and grow within the company. Responsibilities:1. Independently conceptualize, design, and execute interior design solutions for finished basement projects.2. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.3. Develop comprehensive design plans, including layouts, color schemes, material selections, and furniture recommendations.4. Manage the sourcing and procurement of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories within budgetary constraints.5. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design plans and timely project completion.6. Conduct on-site visits to oversee construction progress, address any design-related issues, and ensure quality control.7. Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design offerings.
