Demonstrated experience driving global partner marketing activities across North America, UK/EU, and APAC, with the ability to adapt strategies to regional market needs, compliance requirements, and cultural preferences. Work closely with sales and other marketing functions, leveraging insights and resources across teams to maximize partner marketing impact. Utilize the partner ecosystem to support critical marketing goals, including regional growth targets, targeted use case campaigns, and enhancing SEO rankings through partner collaboration. Oversee partner marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring efficient use to meet strategic goals. Qualifications:
8-12 years of experience in partner marketing or related roles, with a strong track record in building and executing impactful partner programs. Proven expertise in driving net-new lead generation and tracking partner marketing contributions to pipeline and revenue. Deep understanding of navigating complex partner ecosystems, including technology, professional services, and industry associations. Highly autonomous and accountable, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships with partners and sales. Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring, reporting, and optimizing partner program performance.
