Job Description
Do you know the value of an employer brand? Spend your days pondering how best to execute and analyze marketing tactics to attract qualified talent to an organization?
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to put those skills to work to enhance our employer brand strategy and help Bosch attract qualified talent. You will play a critical role in shaping how Bosch is perceived in the job market, driving our talent attraction efforts to attract top-tier candidates aligned with business need.
As part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence team for North America, the Manager, Talent Attraction - Branding will steer the development and execution of brand awareness strategies to maintain Bosch as an employer of choice. You will work closely with regional and global internal stakeholders across HR, Marketing, Communications and Leadership to align expectations and deliverables, ensure brand consistency, advocate for employer branding initiatives, and build cross-functional relationships to drive alignment on talent attraction goals.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with overall business objectives, identifies and provide solutions for existing gaps, resonates with target candidates (internal & external), and enhances our position in the competitive talent market
Strategy to assess and derive business relevant pipeline development and personnel marketing (including related KPIs) for university relations and other identified talent pipelines
Lead team responsible to design, install, enable and optimize top of funnel candidate attraction tactics to amplify the employer brand, engage potential candidates, and cultivate a positive employer reputation
Budget responsibility for, but not limited to, compelling content creation, campaigns/performance marketing, social media presence and strategy, pipeline partnerships, strategic events and employee ambassador programs
Source, develop, and maintain positive vendor and pipeline partner relationships to drive results
Track and analyze employer branding metrics (e.g., regional brand awareness, campaign impressions, candidate engagement, social media performance) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and use insights to continuously refine and optimize the branding strategy
Continually engage in market research for industry trends and to identify new opportunities and ensure our brand positioning remains competitive
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Talent Acquisition/HR, or related field
8+ years of marketing, communications, or talent acquisition experience
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at a professional level, both orally and in writing
Ability to prepare, interpret, and share data to support optimization of performance
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of employer brand, talent marketing, or B2C marketing experience including experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
Demonstrated ability to stay current on new and diverse marketing tools, trends, metrics and resources
Experience in managing a team or mentoring employees
Strong project management & change management skills
Self-initiative and ability to work autonomously
