About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President Global Creative Lead for its beauty category. This key leadership role is focused on driving the creative vision, strategy, and execution across all brand touchpoints, with a particular emphasis on product propositions, brand oversight, and product storytelling. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the creative vision for the beauty product family, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and product innovation. They will also be tasked with developing and implementing creative strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty across various channels. The role requires a leader who can inspire and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. The VP Global Creative Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, engineering, consumer insights, and sales, to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand experience. Collaboration with the consumer insights group and product development teams is essential to ensure that creative messaging aligns with product insights and consumer needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the home, beauty, or consumer goods industries. A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful creative work, as well as a deep understanding of current creative trends and best practices in digital, social, and experiential marketing, are also required.
