Senior Technical Writer-Must have Networking Products

Key Responsibilities: Reformat product user guides in Microsoft Word according to established procedures and a rebranding checklist. Identify and restructure key content segments for clarity and coherence. Adhere to established processes, style guides, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency. Manage multiple groups of manuals concurrently, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion. Facilitate product manual reviews and approvals, incorporating feedback as necessary. Consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively managing time and priorities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in Networking, Telecom, Cloud, or Storage industries. Experience working with DITA/XML using the Oxygen XML Editor. Proficient in creating videos using the Adobe Acrobat Suite. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, with experience in using styles and macros highly desirable. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining document quality. Ability to write documentation from scratch, not just edit existing documents. Must have experience with Git, Markup OR AsciiDoc use case documentation, and topic-based writing.
