At Catapult, we are currently supporting one of our members, an expanding and successful organization in the Autism and Intellectual and Development Disabilities (IDD) Services sector, in their search for a Marketing Director. Our member is dedicated to supporting individuals and families, and creating impactful changes in their lives. At the core of our member's organization, their dedication to embodying excellence in service, compassion, inclusion, and more is paramount.The Marketing Director will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, elevate family engagement and retention, and play a key role in increasing community and talent reach.Ideal candidates have a passion for the important care and services our member provides to individuals and families, for building relationships and for sharing the story of the business with the community. Candidates should also bring deep marketing acumen to propel strategic organizational development while being a collaborative leader and functioning independently as an integral contributor to day-to-day work.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the organization's growth objectives, including client and employee acquisition and retention.
Spearhead the creation and execution of various marketing campaigns (outreach, digital, and print) and analyze results.
Prepare and conduct presentations to community members to build partnerships leading to increased service request referrals.
Analyze market trends and organization metrics to guide strategic decision-making, adjusting strategies to meet targets.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Oversee budget management and resource allocation for marketing activities.
Attend internal and external events to network and promote brand recognition in the community and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, and referral sources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably at least 2 years in a leadership role, with proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies within a healthcare industry, preferably Autism or IDD
Deep understanding of marketing theories, principles, and practices, web analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
Awareness of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in marketing and their potential impact on the organization
Understanding of competitive analysis techniques, customer segmentation and targeting strategies
Experience networking and interacting with groups of people
