Full Job DescriptionOur retail, CPG client is seeking an eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager to join their eCommerce team. This role will be 40 hours per week and will be fully remote.The ideal candidate has a paid search background with hands-on-keyboard experience, either coming from the client side managing retail media or agency background working on client side business.eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager Duties:- Work close with outside agency partner to build search plans for campaigns on Amazon AMS, Walmart Connect, KPM, Instacart and Roundel- Educate agency on brand/SKU objectives, customer priorities and internal goals- Ensure agency is aligned on objectives, maximizing sales, ROAS and KPIs- Serve as an internal retail eCommerce performance marketing expert- Ability to troubleshoot strategy when c
