So, if you dare to challenge the comfortable… then keep reading.Reporting to the VP of Investment, the Associate Director will help deliver clients’ business objectives through bespoke and insight-rooted recommendations. This role will work closely with senior management to develop a good working relationship between the client and the media community. You will also be managing the day-to-day deliverables and workload of the team. You will utilize existing strong relationships with the media vendor community to ensure that clients get premium access to opportunities and that multimedia buys are executed to the highest of standards. Serve as an account lead across National Video (linear, digital, CTV, OTT).As the account lead, you will effectively communicate clients’ goals, expectations, and deadlines to the team.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal brand teams.Create and construct internal training decks as well as client presentations.Utilize effective communication and leadership skills to manage the team, lead client meetings, and internal calls.Responsible for negotiating rates, constructing media buys, and developing recommendations to clients.Work closely with sales representatives to promote advantageous relationships and stay up to date on current offerings.Serve as a market expert, providing insight into marketplace conditions, maintaining knowledge and understanding of industry trends.Guide the team in setting goals and timelines, ensuring team members have challenging/level-appropriate projects and opportunities to learn new skills, contributing to the overall team success.Lead performance reviews, identify training needs, and set goals for career development.Responsible for mentoring and managing additional junior team members.Provide clear direction to the team in order to gather rates, effectively negotiate, and construct media buys in Mediaocean and Prisma buying systems.Help lead and facilitate campaign results meetings/calls with clients and strategy teams.Know all details for multi-year deals and sponsorships and ensure the team is tracking appropriately.Qualifications

Experience with all areas of National Video, including Linear, OLV, CTV, Addressable, Programmatic video.Fluent in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. System expert: MediaOcean, Prisma, ComScore, NPower, working knowledge of DSPs.Self-starter with proven ability to drive projects from start to finish in a timely manner.A strong team leader with people management skills.Committed to partnering with clients to ensure successful outcomes.Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present in a clear and actionable way.A collaborative team player who can work independently and as part of a matrix structure.Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate to internal managers and clients.Previous experience in personal finance, banking, credit cards, or apps a plus.Passionate about generating groundbreaking ideas and infusing our team with a fresh perspective to drive creativity.Positive attitude and energy – good vibes only!Experience & Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.6+ years of experience in National Video Investment with proficiency in both traditional linear and online video platforms.

$105,000 - $115,000 a yearSalary and BenefitsActual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
