The ideal candidate should have strong experience in web analytics, tag management, and marketing automation platforms.This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about helping businesses grow through accurate and actionable insights. If you are detail-oriented, technically adept, and have a love for digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you!Position ResponsibilitiesTracking Implementation: Set up and manage tracking systems using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring that key metrics and conversions are accurately captured across digital marketing campaignsAnalytics Setup: Configure Google Analytics, and other tracking platforms, ensuring the proper setup of goals, events, and custom dimensionsPaid Media set up: We mostly use Google Ads but also other platforms like Facebook and LinkedInConfigure tracking on components such as chats, schedulers, and formsData Integrity: Regularly audit tracking implementations and troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity and consistency across all platformsCampaign Measurement: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to establish tracking plans that measure the success of PPC and SEO advertising campaignsCustom Reports: Create custom reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of marketing activities, highlighting KPIs like conversions, bounce rate, traffic sources, and ROICollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including paid media analysts, web developers, content creators, and account managers, to ensure accurate implementation of tracking tags and pixelsOptimization: Identify opportunities for improved campaign performance based on tracking data, and make recommendations for tag adjustments and new measurement strategiesDocumentation: Maintain clear documentation of tracking processes and campaign metrics, ensuring that all tracking setups are aligned with marketing objectives and client goalsOther duties as assigned by managementPlatforms/Systems/ToolsGoogle Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, Yelp, Invoca, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, Prohosting, SalesforceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.2+ years of experience in digital marketing tracking or web analyticsProven expertise with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing toolsExperience with A/B testing tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems is a plusStrong understanding of UTM parameters, pixel tracking, and tag managementProficient in Excel and data visualization tools like Data Studio or Power BIStrong analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues efficientlyExcellent communication and documentation skillsPreferredGoogle Analytics Certification and/or Google Tag Manager CertificationThe total compensation for this salaried non-exempt opportunity includes a base salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, quarterly bonuses, plus benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location.
