A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. Hogarth Worldwide is seeking a seasoned creative editor to join our Hogarth Studios Detroit team within our full-service post facility in our WPP Detroit campus. As a Creative Editor, you'll be at the forefront of transforming ideas into captivating visual narratives. Collaborating closely across multi-disciplinary studio capabilities and in partnership our talented Agency network, you'll refine and enhance creative concepts to create beautiful and effective work that resonates with audiences globally. Your creativity, craft, and expertise will shape campaigns for renowned brands, pushing creative boundaries and delivering excellence.

You will work closely with Post Production, Client Team, and Creatives
Responsibilities
Editing various projects including: crafting original content and partnering with clientsMust be adept at working closely with creative teams, such as directors and other creative professionals, to bring their vision to lifeSkilled at building strong relationships with creatives and clients to foster a productive and collaborative working environmentProactive in bringing their own ideas, thoughts, and suggestions to the editing process, adding value to the projectDeveloping efficient workflowsCollaborating with producers on scheduling needs and understanding the timelines on projectsFull comprehension and able to guide the team where needed workflows for audio,color, flame, and After Effects sessionsStory board original concepts within new creative projects in the ideation phaseChampion for the craft, always advocating for the strongest creative visionRequirements
Proficient in PremiereWorking knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and IllustratorAbility to perform minor animation, titling, and color correction needsExperience with sizzles, rips, hype videos and BTSAbility to maintain a positive, friendly relationship with all clientsConfident and creativeAbility to multi-task and juggle various projects simultaneouslyAbility to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesMeticulously organizedFlexible and adaptableTeam player
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
