About MUBI MUBI is a rapidly growing global streaming service curating the world's best cinema. Each film is hand-picked and presented by in-house experts; each film is one we truly believe in. This includes acquiring titles for exclusive theatrical and online release. About the role We're seeking a motivated student passionate about cinema beyond the multiplex and with a background in video editing to intern with our US brand team. In this internship, you will have the opportunity to produce creative assets and collaborate on marketing projects, gaining hands-on experience in the process. You will focus on Cutting film clips and trailers used to promote our programming Support our social team with community interaction and asset creation Develop ideas and strategies for content marketing initiatives Liaise with external partners to amplify MUBI and deliver related materials Support at key events and screenings Research and report on competitive trends in the marketplace Cover other day-to-day tasks as they arise What you will bring You are a current student enrolled at a US-based college or university Proficient video editor experienced with Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as a personal computer to run relevant software Organized and resourceful learner with strong writing ability Familiar with and committed to independent and international film Well-versed in social media and up-to-date on digital trends Interested in understanding the industry landscape Details: Dates: January - May 2025 Time commitment: 2 - 3 days per week, 10am - 6pm Location: New York (partial in-person) Compensation: monthly stipend ($600) We want to make cinema accessible to everyone.
