This role develops, edits, and ensures the accuracy of technical and administrative documents by applying technical writing methodologies, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards. responsibilities:
Research, write, edit, and proofread documents such as manuals, procedures, and reports.
Draft management and business documentation requiring technical and operational understanding.
Ensure all documentation meets accuracy, quality, and editorial standards.
Apply technical writing methodology to transform raw data into clear and concise content.
Facilitate document review and approval processes while meeting strict deadlines.
Perform quality reviews for spelling, grammar, content accuracy, and tone consistency.
Develop and maintain technical and administrative publications, including reports, manuals, and user guides.
Select and incorporate visual aids such as photos, charts, and diagrams into materials.Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.
strong research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with MadCap Flare (preferred).
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple documents simultaneously.
Positive attitude and capability to work with diverse audiences and teams.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Professional Writing, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in document creation, including white papers, policies, and technical requirements.#LI-AA1
