Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality designs across a variety of print and digital media, ensuring that all creative output meets brand standards, specifications, and deadlines. You will work closely with the creative teams to produce materials that elevate our clients' brands and enhance their market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Production: Prepare, adapt, and finalize designs for print and digital media, including brochures, packaging, social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and more.
File Preparation: Ensure all files are print-ready or optimized for digital use, adhering to production specifications, color management, and resolution standards.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough checks for consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Collaboration: Work closely with across the agency to ensure seamless execution and alignment with creative vision and project goals.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of creative assets, including images, templates, and style guides, to streamline production workflows.
Digital Adaptation: Adapt print designs for digital use, ensuring they are responsive and optimized for different devices and platforms.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and industry best practices to continually improve the quality of production work.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with printers, developers, and other external vendors to ensure that all production requirements are met and deliverables are received on time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in print and digital production design, preferably within an agency or in-house environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of print production processes, including pre-press, color correction, and file management.
Knowledge of digital design principles, including responsive design, UX/UI, and web optimization.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Experience working with external vendors and knowledge of production specifications and standards is a plus.
