NOTE: Candidates are to be located in New York, NY metro areas only as this is a hybrid role where you are required to come into our New York, NY based office twice a week.
Who you are:
Archipelago is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in SaaS and Product-Led Growth (PLG) to own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution for our solutions. This role requires an analytical thinker who can manage and optimize multiple campaigns across various market segments and stages of the lead journey and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate product adoption and growth.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, events, and podcast production to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Content & Creative Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content, ensuring alignment between creative assets and campaign objectives. Manage the production of high-impact content across channels, including emails, social media posts, and promotional materials.Email Marketing & Automation: Develop, maintain, and optimize automated email campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation, personalization, and delivery to achieve engagement and conversion goals.Landing Page & Lead Generation: Design and build high-converting landing pages for lead generation, partnerships, and digital initiatives. Continuously optimize for performance through A/B testing and analytics.Social Media Management: Plan, manage, and optimize content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and campaign alignment.Agency & Vendor Collaboration: Oversee relationships with external ad agencies, freelancers, and content creators to maximize the effectiveness of paid campaigns and creative assets.Marketing Automation & Personalization: Build and refine marketing automation workflows to deliver tailored experiences for segmented audiences, driving customer engagement and nurturing leads through the funnel.Qualifications:
5+ years of digital marketing experience in a SaaS environment, PLG experience is a plus.Proven track record in developing and executing successful multichannel ABM campaigns.Deep understanding of SaaS business models, PLG methodologies, and growth metrics.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting compelling product narratives.Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategy optimization.Experience with market segmentation, lead journey development, and creative development.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.Required Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Hubspot (or similar tools) - including workflows, list management, emails campaigns, and CMS Hub (website builder/blog).Experience with tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.Experience in ABM is strong plusExpertise in email campaigns and understand copywriting best practices.An avid adopter of innovative digital marketing approaches and tech stack, such as Rb2b, Influ2, Clay. Salary Range in CA/NY:
$110,000 - $150,000
