Description:Responsible for helping define and drive the future experience for our call center representatives and the products they use. Ability to lead and own a research project from start to finish including: formulation of research goals and objectives, development of a research plan and methodology, performing research, synthesizing findings with supporting data, and report development. Ensures the end-user voice is represented throughout the product development process and that the user experience is consistent with the user experience strategy.
Duties:
Uses appropriate research methodology, tools, and protocols to conduct user-centered research.Analyzes subjective and objective data both qualitative and quantitative to gather deep end-user understanding.Performs usability/heuristic evaluations and validations across the product or solution lifecycle.Communicates research insights resulting in recommendations and priorities for user-centric design.Defines the most usable workflows that align with the explicit design philosophy for products and/or solutions.
Qualifications:
Proficient in user centered design processesExpert in a variety of UX research methodologies (survey, usability study, in depth interviews etc)Qualitative & quantitative data analysisExecutive report generation 5. Skilled presenter
