is seeking a talented and versatile Associate Designer to support both our Womenswear and Menswear design teams. This dual-focused role offers a unique opportunity to work across gender categories while developing core design skills under the mentorship of experienced designers.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Designers in the development of seasonal collections for both womenswear and menswearCreate detailed technical sketches and specification packages using Adobe Creative SuiteResearch fashion trends, fabric innovations, and competitor productsPrepare and maintain design presentation materialsSupport the design team in seasonal color, fabric, and trim selectionAssist in fitting sessions and provide detailed notesCreate and update tech packs and line listsRegular interaction with cross-functional teamsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field2-3 years of experience in apparel designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and ExcelStrong technical sketching abilitiesUnderstanding of garment construction and production processesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills to work effectively across teamsRequired Skills & Competencies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and accuracyCollaborative mindset and team-oriented approachAdaptability to switch between different aesthetic directionsCreative problem-solving abilities
