Overview
The Senior Coordinator, Partnership Marketing is responsible for proactively managing, supporting, and streamlining assigned corporate partner accounts from the point of a deal closing through campaign execution, and ultimately, renewal.
ResponsibilitiesWork with Manager, Partnership Marketing on day-to-day tasks of partner programsFulfill contractual assets of partner agreements, support game-day programming and monitor sponsor promotionsMaintain weekly status reports and communicate recaps following internal and external partner meetingsResearch relevant topics related to partners, partner competitors and general soccer and sports marketing industryOversee fulfillment of special requests by partnersManage team assigned general project requests and take ownership of execution from start to finishCommunicate with Managers and Partnership Marketing leadership team on a regular basis, as well as additional internal team members who are involved in partner businessAdditional responsibilities as assignedQualifications
Bachelor's Degree required3+ years of experienceQualifications
Experience in client management and/or sales communicationStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verballyMeticulous with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionSuperior organization, project management skills, self-starter and attention to detailDemonstrated decision making and problem-solving skillsHigh level of dedication to produce quality work and convey organizational ethics, integrity and complianceAbility to work effectively in a fast paced, team environmentAbility to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Data Management systemsProficiency communicating (verbal and written) in business level SpanishDesired
Knowledge of the sport and entertainment industry, soccer specific knowledge is a plus

Major League Soccer offers a competitive starting base salary of $62,500 - $66,000, based on individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
