The Global Impact Marketing team at LinkedIn drives marketing initiatives for impact-focused areas across the company, including Social Impact, LinkedIn for Nonprofits, Economic Graph, Equity, and Sustainability. Our mission is to engage and grow the nonprofit community, support professionals overcoming barriers, and lead impactful conversations on the LinkedIn platform.

We are looking for a Senior Experiential Marketing Manager to join our team and report to the Head of Global Impact Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact experiential marketing initiatives and partnerships that elevate LinkedIn’s reputation and foster brand trust. You will empower partners, influencers, leaders, and members to create and share compelling content, including video, on our platform, inspiring and engaging audiences along the way.

You will act as a subject matter expert, creating innovative experiential moments that foster meaningful conversations. This involves leveraging LinkedIn’s data and insights across both virtual and in-person experiences to build partnerships that deepen connections within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the Head of Global Impact Marketing and Integrated Marketing Leads to conceptualize and deliver impactful global and regional experiential initiatives, including virtual and in-person events that drive audience conversations, supported by engaging video content.

Oversee the day-to-day planning and execution of experiential campaigns, managing agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production logistics and alignment with overall marketing objectives for external events and experiences.

Manage production logistics for virtual experiences across owned marketing channels and executive accounts, overseeing pre-recorded video content that drives impactful conversations both on and off LinkedIn.

Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategic partnerships that enhance our experiential marketing efforts and extend our reach in target markets.

Advise leadership on mid- to large-scale experiential strategies, sponsorships, and partnerships, positioning LinkedIn as a thought leader on topics such as the future of work and other priorities identified by the Chief Communications Officer.

Work closely with Integrated Marketing Leads to develop comprehensive experiential briefings, manage communication plans, and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets (e.g., websites, emails). Provide regular updates on campaign status and deliverables.

Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring smooth execution of experiential marketing logistics and effective budget management through contract negotiation.

Evaluate experiential outcomes, propose enhancements, and lead initiatives to improve future planning and execution, ensuring continuous learning and optimization.

Ability to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally (up to 50% of the time)

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience

8+ years of experience managing experiential marketing initiatives and events

5+ years of experience managing and executing events, ranging from small webinars to large, complex gatherings, including summits.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong project management skills with attention to detail and excellent time management.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external audiences.

Experience with experiential design and corporate conference participation.

Demonstrated success in collaborating across teams to define and execute cross-platform marketing strategies under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with live event tools such as Vimeo, Restream, and Splash.

A self-starter who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get the job done.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $121,000 to $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
