Seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about crafting seamless, intuitive experiences. In this role, you'll design and prototype high-quality digital solutions, balancing user needs with business objectives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to bring designs to life and continuously improve our platform. Your expertise will drive the design vision, ensuring that every product release is polished and user-centered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design pixel-perfect user interfaces and create high-fidelity prototypes that align with user goals and business priorities.
- Continuously evaluate the platform and proactively recommend design enhancements to improve user experience and usability.
- Use both qualitative insights and data-driven metrics to guide design decisions, ensuring designs meet user needs and drive business outcomes.
- Apply Lean UX methodologies to develop wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions that address complex challenges.
- Provide detailed interaction specifications and style guidelines to development teams to ensure consistent and accurate implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to refine features, conduct usability testing, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Step outside the design process when needed to contribute to broader team goals and the overall success of the company.
- Present and advocate for your design solutions to stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating the rationale behind your decisions.
- Mentor and support other designers on the team, offering guidance and leadership to nurture growth and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of proven experience in user-centered design.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing design teams, including hiring, mentoring, and providing performance feedback.
- Expertise in Figma and other major design tools, with a deep understanding of design principles for both mobile and desktop platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects, including both web and app-based solutions.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and defend design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the FinTech sector and a familiarity with product internationalization and WCAG accessibility guidelines is highly desirable.
