Responsibilities :
This self-motivated and highly organized individual will serve as a strategic liaison between the Sponsorship Sales team and internal teams across the company with a variety of functions related to creative client solutions and sponsorship fulfillment. This position requires the individual to understand the customer's goals and follow the process from concept creation through execution, ensuring those goals have been met, working with various our Golf departments. Pre-sale process: Attend meetings with advertisers, agencies, and/or internal group to identify client needs; lead internal briefing sessions of cross-disciplinary teams; develop response proposals ensuring content ideas are purposeful, on-brand, and on-strategy; and pitch ideas succinctly & effectively Create Marketing Strategy: Synthesize advertiser direction, sales strategy, and consumer insights into compelling strategic platforms that focus thinking and spark creative ideation Storytelling: Weave insights and ideas into compelling, coherent stories using PowerPoint and / or Word Communication: Cultivate relationships and facilitate efficient, transparent communication with internal partners: sales, production, marketing, digital, social, etc. Cross-platform dexterity: Develop and communicate ideas that stretch across platforms (linear, streaming, digital, social, experiential, etc.) Post-sale process: Develop the overall activation and fulfillment plan for individual accounts, inclusive of client's KPI's, and prepare recap / renewal materials Qualifications :
Four-year degree (B.A.,B.S) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience 5 + years sponsorship and marketing experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook Experience with deadline driven environment Strong attention to detail Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent executive-level presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills Expertise in digital with a strong track record of executing campaigns across video, social, OTT, and emerging formats Willingness to travel and work on weekends as needed

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
