Telecommunications Specialist - Level II

CyberData Technologies is seeking a Telecommunications Specialist II to support our Federal Client in Washington, DC.
*** MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN USSS PUBLIC TRUST CLEARANCE ***
Job details:
Provide day to day basic service and logistics requirements for approximately 11,000 cellular devices that include smartphone, mobile broadband, in addition to 500 satellite phones Provide all logistics support, for ordering, shipping, accounting, initial setup, and basic sustainment Provide billing, account audits, funding forecasts, and reporting as required Submit requests for replenishment of cellular and satellite phone stock to include devices and accessories Receive, inventory, and organize stock room with new stock, allowing reasonable cleanliness and access to day to day stock Package and deliver or mail cellular items to USSS offices globally ensuring compliance with safety and Department of Transportation (DOT) policy Coordinate with training centers to ensure sufficient supplies and equipment availability for new USSS employees Document/validate incoming and outgoing assets with recurring costs Ensure all accountable cellular or satellite items that require inventory are properly entered in the USSS property system prior to delivery or mailing Coordinate delivery of accountable assets via telephone or e-mail Perform on site inventory and audits of on-hand deliverable assets Provide Tier 2 level "cellular-network" support, as a liaison between federal employees and cellular carriers Support wireless device programming Be able to access to carrier portals, for expedited support Perform basic troubleshooting, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) and basic carrier portal management of mobile devices Perform hardware changes including Subscriber Identity Module (SIM), International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Electronic Serial Number (ESN), or any cellular change via e-mail, cell or portal, etc. Perform activations, disconnects, resume service, suspensions, price plan changes, or any cellular/satellite change in service Maintain an activity log Wireless device programming, preparation and maintenance of the following; AT&T Wireless, Verizon Wireless, T- Mobile and other wireless communications providers International phone support to include; AT&T Global star, Verizon, Iridium, T- Mobile and other wireless communications providers Skills & Requirements Qualifications
