Graphic Designer/Production Designer

Job Description

About the Role:We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer/Production Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This hybrid role will require 3 days per week onsite in Somerset County, NJ.

You will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and impactful design solutions for our healthcare/medical device clients.

This is a 3 days per week in office.

Key Responsibilities:Design and Production:

Create a wide range of print and digital materials, including sales aids, tradeshow graphics, banners, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and more.Production Expertise:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the production process, from concept to final output, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand guidelines.Creative Problem-Solving:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that effectively communicate complex messages.Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.Client Collaboration:

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in graphic design and productionProven experience working with healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical clientsStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Microsoft Office, and WorkfrontExcellent organizational and time management skillsA keen eye for detail and a passion for designA collaborative team player with a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and take initiative

Ideal Candidate:We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented individual who is a true "workhorse." The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in production design, have a strong understanding of the production process, and be comfortable working within a structured workflow.

Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary of up to $80,000 per yearComprehensive benefits package
