Job Description


About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer/Production Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This hybrid role will require 3 days per week onsite in Somerset County, NJ.


You will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and impactful design solutions for our healthcare/medical device clients.


This is a 3 days per week in office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Production: Create a wide range of print and digital materials, including sales aids, tradeshow graphics, banners, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, and more.
  • Production Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the production process, from concept to final output, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that effectively communicate complex messages.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that exceed expectations.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and production
  • Proven experience working with healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical clients
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Microsoft Office, and Workfront
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for design
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative


Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented individual who is a true "workhorse." The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in production design, have a strong understanding of the production process, and be comfortable working within a structured workflow.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of up to $80,000 per year

Interview Process:

  1. Predictive Index Assessment: A brief online assessment to measure your cognitive abilities and personality traits.
  2. Interview with Executive Creative Director: A one-on-one interview to discuss your design experience, skills, and career goals.
  3. Team Interview: A panel interview with members of the marketing team to assess your fit with the team culture and your ability to collaborate effectively.
