PAID SOCIAL SUPERVISOR
SALARY: $95-100K
The RoleAs a Social Strategist, you will manage strategy, planning and execution of all paid social campaigns for clients that meet fall in line with their business and media goals. You will have strong paid social media experience, including optimizations and reporting.
Essential Functions:Build sound social plans and recommend forward thinking strategies and innovations to support media campaignsPlan and manage paid social planning, implementation, and execution of campaigns in-platform: FB Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter (hands on trafficking)Handle social reporting and optimization to improve performance on a daily, weekly, or monthly basisExperience needed to recommend estimated budget and bid strategies required for specific campaigns and platforms· Collaborate with media teams and departments to provide seamless and effective implementation approaches that drive tangible client business impactPerform regular quality assurance checks on assigned client campaignsMaintain budget trackers, pacing documents, and monthly campaign billingRead industry trades and stay updated on social marketing trends (recommending new ad types, tactics, platforms as applicable)Maintain and nurture agency-partner relationships; leading weekly calls concerning active and upcoming campaigns
Organizational RelationshipsPosition Reports To: Media Supervisor, Associate Director, or Director
Discipline Specific SkillsMust have 3-4 years of relevant paid social experienceA drive and desire to contribute, collaborate and win for our client partners each dayTools/Software: FB Business Manager, Ads for Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedInExperience with executing custom paid/organic social activations and programsFamiliarity with tagging, research, and testing opportunities for specific platformsKnowledge and understanding of tools and resources such as comScore, MRI, Kantar, DCM, social listening, Google Analytics, etc.Basic knowledge in ad copy/creative generation a plusExperience with retail and commerce clients is a plusImpeccable attention to detail and strong time management skills
Qualification RequirementsBachelor's degree is preferredProficient in PowerPoint, Excel, WordMETA certification
