Working closely with multiple attorneys, you'll manage all phases of the litigation process, from pre-filing through appeals, while playing a critical role in document management, legal research, and trial preparation. $91,100 to $123,715 DOEBenefits:

Additionally, there is an employer contribution to employee 401K plan, employer paid group life insurance, accident insurance, and short-term and long-term disability insurance.A Typical Day:As a Paralegal in our Anchorage office, your day will be engaging and varied, involving close collaboration with attorneys to support all aspects of ongoing litigation. You’ll play a crucial role in preparing and organizing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and managing both electronic and hard-copy files. Research and drafting responses for production requests are essential parts of your responsibilities, requiring a high level of detail and confidentiality. Additionally, you’ll assist in trial preparation, coordinate with legal teams, and communicate with court personnel, making your contributions indispensable to our mission-driven work.Qualifications:Minimum of two to three years of relevant, practical experience, preferably at the federal court level.Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program (preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and litigation management software like Relativity, Concordance, or NetDocs.Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in document management and legal research.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and report back on completed tasks.Familiarity with state and federal court document filing, including electronic filing systems (ECF).Knowledge of or experience with Native American, Alaska Native, or Native Hawaiian communities and culture is highly valued.To Apply:
