Office AdministratorJoin our team as the Office Administrator in the heart of Anchorage, Alaska, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving Alaska Native and Native American communities. As the essential hub of our Alaska office, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing everything from administrative tasks to client interactions, and from office supply logistics to travel coordination. Working closely with the team, you’ll help maintain a productive, welcoming environment that respects confidentiality and nurtures strong relationships with both clients and staff.Compensation:
$56,770 to $75,270 DOEBenefits:
Health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off including vacation leave, sick leave, family leave, and medical/disability leave. Additionally, there is an employer contribution to employee 401K plan, employer paid group life insurance, accident insurance, and short-term and long-term disability insurance.A Typical Day:A day in the life of an Office Administrator in our Alaska office is dynamic and fulfilling, balancing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Mornings may start with screening calls and sorting mail, ensuring it reaches the right hands, while also coordinating with vendors and property managers to keep the office running smoothly. Throughout the day, you'll support the team with tasks such as processing invoices, organizing travel arrangements, and welcoming visitors, creating a professional and hospitable environment for both staff and clients. As the point person for our office, you’ll be relied upon for your keen attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and commitment to confidentiality in every interaction.Qualifications:Minimum of three years of relevant administrative experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe products, and general office equipment troubleshooting.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating courtesy, professionalism, and confidentiality.Familiarity with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, petty cash management, and vendor record maintenance.Knowledge or experience with Alaska Native, Native American, or Native Hawaiian communities and culture is a plus.To Apply:
