If so, we’re looking for you As our Graphic Project Management Assistant, you’ll be the powerhouse behind our Graphic Project Managers (GPMs), making sure that every part of our process flows smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, organization and teamwork - no design skills needed (although an appreciation for the creative process is a plus) WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Be a D&P Steward: Represent Design and Production Inc., with pride, embodying our standards, values, and dedication to exceptional customer service. Plan & Execute : Assist in planning and coordinating project tasks, logistics, and purchase orders to keep projects running smoothly. Maintain Positive Relationships : Foster a positive, professional experience for both internal and external clients, keeping communication consistent and courteous. Proactively Tackle Challenges : Spot potential roadblocks early and work to resolve them before they become issues. Organize & Track Documentation : Responsible for project files and documentation with care using tools such as Excel, Monday.com, and Procore. Be Meeting Ready : Participate actively in project meetings, provide updates, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items as needed. Vendor Communication: Work closely with vendors to confirm specifications, timelines, and deliveries – ensuring everyone stays on the same page. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Exceptional Organizational and Communication Skills : Highly organized, articulate, and can manage details with ease. Familiar with Graphic Production : Knowledge of the graphic production world is a major plus. Attention to Detail : Ability to accurately maintain documentation and follow through on details to ensure project accuracy. Professional Under Pressure : Respectful, thoughtful, and able to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor even when deadlines are tight. Tech Savvy : Comfortable with a variety of programs, software, and applications and willing to learn. Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite. CAD, Procore, and Monday.com is a plus. Flexible and Adaptable : Open to change, quick to pivot, and find solutions in dynamic environments. Self-Starter : A proactive self-starter who takes initiative, identifies needs and creates solutions without waiting for direction. ADDITIONAL DETAILS Location : In-office, Monday through Friday. Hours : 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
