Job Description: Digital Media Producer Location: South FL (Miami Dade County, Broward County, Palm Beach County) Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: The Morgan Law Group is seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Media Producer to lead the creation of engaging video and podcast content that highlights the firm’s expertise in property damage claims, personal injury matters and business litigation disputes. This role focuses on end-to-end production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring all content aligns with the firm’s brand and messaging. This is a full time position in South Florida. Responsibilities: Content Development and Production: Develop, plan, and produce high-quality videos and podcasts to educate and inform clients about legal topics and firm services. Collaborate with attorneys and the marketing team to create compelling storyboards, scripts, and production schedules. Handle on-site and in-office filming/recording, ensuring all technical elements (lighting, audio, visuals) are executed effectively. Post-Production and Editing: Edit video and audio content using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Audacity. Integrate graphics, animations, sound effects, and subtitles to enhance the final product. Ensure all content maintains consistency in branding, tone, and quality standards. Podcast Production: Oversee the production of the firm’s podcast, including topic selection, guest coordination, recording, and post-production editing. Manage podcast hosting platforms, ensuring episodes are uploaded, tagged, and distributed effectively. Social Media and Web Optimization: Adapt video and podcast content for distribution across various digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the firm’s website. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting content and maximizing engagement. Content Strategy and Ideation: Identify emerging trends in digital media to keep content fresh and engaging. Propose new content ideas, formats, and campaigns to expand the firm’s reach and influence. Regularly research relevant legal and industry topics to inspire timely and impactful content. Equipment and Resource Management: Maintain media production equipment and software, ensuring all tools are updated and functional. Source and manage stock footage, licensed music, and other resources as needed. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of media content using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to improve content reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in video and podcast production, including planning, filming, editing, and distribution. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and audio editing tools like Audacity or GarageBand. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content optimization strategies. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
