Using proprietary technology and innovative designs, their hair tools are used and endorsed by the most in-demand celebrity hair stylists and coveted by beauty addicts the world over – from fashion and beauty editors to A-list stars, to everyday women alike. The company is innovative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial in spirit. The Senior Social Media Manager and lead our social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok. This role is perfect for a creative individual who thrives on hands-on content creation while leveraging data to enhance brand storytelling. You’ll oversee our social media initiatives, focusing on building community and driving engagement through innovative content. This role reports into the Director of Marketing Communications. Qualifications Include: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is typically preferred. Portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns, content creation and experience is a plus. Social media marketing, with a strong emphasis on hands-on content creation and community management. A keen eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics, especially for Instagram and TikTok. Proficient in content creation and editing tools, with experience in social media management platforms (e.g. Capcut, Dashudson, Hootsuite, Sprout). Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics to inform strategy. Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Dashudson, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Analytics. While this role does not have direct reports, we are looking for proven experience leading cross-functional project groups and fostering collaboration. Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams. Experience with project management software like Wrike, Monday, Jira or Trello. Proficient in MS Office & Canva. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
