Your Expertise: You bring over 12 years of experience in a dynamic creative setting, preferably within large agencies or corporate environments, specializing in managing a variety of creative projects across multiple media. Your background reflects a robust understanding of production frameworks, workflows, and resource allocation, with a track record of developing efficient and scalable systems to boost team productivity. You have a profound grasp of branding, marketing, and communication strategies, particularly within the digital and B2B landscapes, enabling you to effectively align creative initiatives with business goals. Your leadership style includes mentoring team members and cultivating a collaborative atmosphere that promotes innovation and accountability while achieving high performance. You possess advanced expertise in design tools, especially the Adobe Creative Suite, and are familiar with digital asset management systems and web design principles. Your Responsibilities: You will lead the production and creative services team, managing traffic operations, production designers, and the digital asset management process to maximize efficiency. You will design and execute systems aimed at refining workflows, timelines, and project schedules, establishing a seamless production pipeline that ensures timely delivery of top-notch creative work. You will establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their unique objectives and supporting them throughout the project lifecycle from initial concept to final execution. You will guide and mentor production designers and team members, providing clear direction while fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and ongoing improvement. You will oversee a range of production design initiatives, such as presentations, collateral systems, and advertising materials, ensuring alignment with the firm's branding and visual standards. You will set and assess service-level agreements (SLAs) to gauge team performance, responsiveness, and quality metrics, making necessary adjustments to ensure that targets are met. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Marketing, Digital Media, and Business Development, to ensure cohesive integration of creative projects and alignment with overall organizational strategies. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field is required. At least 12 years of relevant experience in a large-scale, high-volume creative role, with significant leadership responsibilities. You should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, capable of establishing and managing efficient workflows that optimize team productivity. Extensive knowledge of branding, marketing, and communications systems, with a focus on digital and integrated content across multiple channels. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with a solid understanding of digital asset management systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build relationships across all levels of the organization. You must possess the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Capability to manage multiple projects under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables.
