About the Job As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our email and SMS marketing efforts. You will develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that engage our audience, nurture leads, and drive conversions. Your expertise in leveraging CRM systems alongside marketing automation technology, such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, will be essential for creating marketing journeys and managing campaigns to ensure their success. What You’ll Do Lead the development and execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional messages, and automated drip campaigns. Build and optimize multi-channel marketing journeys that guide prospects and customers through the engagement funnel. Manage and segment email and SMS lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication. Design and implement email and SMS templates that are visually appealing and optimized for deliverability and engagement. Use Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to manage campaign workflows, track performance, and generate insights. Analyze campaign metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize future campaigns. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling copy and visuals for email and SMS campaigns. Ensure compliance with email and SMS marketing regulations and best practices, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in email, SMS marketing, and digital communication. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in email and SMS marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or a similar system), and proficiency in building marketing journeys is required. Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing metrics, segmentation, and automation strategies. Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template design is a plus. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Attention to detail and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of Email Automation Marketing experience Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute impactful email and SMS marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve campaign performance. Collaborative team player with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. Highly organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time. Compensation $70,000 10% Bonus.
