About the Role


RNGD (and its affiliated brands) is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. This role is pivotal in creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand’s message and support our marketing and sales efforts. You’ll report to the Director of Business Development and work closely with our marketing and people teams to develop a wide range of materials, including print and digital collateral, pres.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Work to unify the brand across all documents including specification sheets, sell sheets, SOPs, jobsite signage etc.
  • Design and develop high-quality assets for various marketing materials, including social media posts, sales collateral, website elements, brochures, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute creative concepts, translating marketing strategies into visually engaging materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage the end-to-end design process, from concept development to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and project deadlines.
  • Produce high-quality work across multiple media platforms (digital, print, social), staying current with design trends, technology advancements, and industry best practices.
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and deliver innovative ideas.
  • Develop and prepare print-ready files, ensuring all materials meet vendor specifications and design standards.
  • Regularly update and maintain website content, making necessary edits and adjustments as directed.
  • Organize, track, and manage digital and print assets, ensuring all files are properly stored and accessible for future use.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to timelines in all design work.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and independently, adapting to creative direction and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of responsibility in all aspects of work.

 

Qualifications


  • Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business; on the job training and experience is welcomed in lieu of degree
  • Prior experience in B2B Marketing, Communication, Design.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design and marketing projects required.
  • Experience working the architecture/engineering/construction industry preferred by not required
  • Expert proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or other video editing software) required
  • Ability to develop and design various types of content, including graphics, videos, animations.
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency across various channels.
  • Strong layout skills, capable of designing for both print and digital formats, developing engaging copy and a keen eye for typography (a plus).
  • Experienced in web design utilizing Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix and similar platforms required. Custom coding is a plus.
  • Understanding of web design principles and SEO a plus.
  • Photography and videography (cinematic, documentary, and pitch style), ability to capture, edit a huge plus but not required.
