JOB SUMMARY The Content Creator role is an integral part of NCL's content capture initiatives across all social media channels, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content. The role will travel/cruise to various destinations around the world to conceptualize, shoot and produce content in collaboration with the Social Media team to bring the brand to life through compelling visual and written content. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Create high-quality visual and written content, including photos, videos, graphics, and copy, that engages our audience and drives brand awareness across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and other social media channels. Collaborate with Social Media team to develop content to support a detailed content calendar. Plan and execute live social media content, such as Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and other real-time content opportunities. Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence is cutting-edge and effective. Leverage in-house and UGC assets to repurpose content across different platforms to maximize reach and impact. Work closely with the social media, creative and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive and strategic content across all platforms, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging. Assist the social media and content teams with any content-related initiatives (paid and organic). Perform other job-related functions as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design or any equivalent education and/or work experience. EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, with a focus on social media and digital marketing. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing social media trends and platforms, with a proactive approach to experimenting with new formats and features. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, shoot and produce highly engaging social content. Proficiency in advanced content editing software for both photo and video (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom). Demonstrated ability for leveraging current social trends to create engaging content that tells the brand story at different levels of the marketing funnel. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
