What You'll Be Doing The Content Marketing Specialist at Bank Iowa will work within the marketing department and provide support in developing and implementing the bank's overall marketing strategy. This position will collaborate with community leaders, internal and external clients, outside agencies and other strategic partners. This individual will be a strong advocate for the 20+ Iowa communities we serve, our clients and our culture by exemplifying Bank Iowa's purpose, vision and values. Manages, writes and creates content development that furthers Bank Iowa's message while engaging clients, communities and team members to build loyalty and create advocacy for the brand. Works with the marketing team and outside agencies to manage the bank's public relations efforts, including but not limited to writing press releases, creating e-publications, conducting proprietary research studies and actively seeking community outreach relationships and opportunities. Leads social media strategy, development and deployment while serving as the bank's community manager across all social media platforms. Serves as a project manager on multiple marketing projects including video/photo shoots, public relations, community events, new location promotions and outreach campaigns. Writes and coordinates content for emails, blog posts, social media and other platforms. The Content Marketing Specialist is generally scheduled to work between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, hours can be flexible depending on need. Requirements Skills/Experience You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, social media, email management software and website CRM platforms preferred. B2B and Agriculture writing experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills with the ability to write and develop content for multiple audiences. Applicants should be highly organized, motivated and strategic individuals that thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
