As Fanatics Commerce continues to expand our business globally, we are looking for an influential leader to help transform how we operate. This is a critical and high-profile role, partnering with the key business stakeholders across Commerce and Fanatics Holdings Inc ("FHI") in the development and execution of our growth and brand strategy.
As a Visual Designer on the Global Brand team, you play a pivotal role in turning vision into reality. With an unwavering passion for design, you infuse creativity into every project, elevating our team's output. Your keen eye for aesthetics, meticulous attention to detail and experience with generative AI ensure a seamless transition from concept to production at a rapid pace. Through active participation in critiques, you adeptly convey your designs, whether through concise elevator pitches or comprehensive concept reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
Leverage AI to conceptualize and create audience-aware infographics, presentations, print materials, custom illustrations, diagrams, graphs, icons, social content and other collateral.
Collaborate with a virtual and multi-disciplinary internal team on projects of varying scope, complexity, and duration.
Aid executives in designing PowerPoint decks for internal and external presentations.
Uphold design best practices and contribute to improving team workflows.
Ensure project timelines are met and communicate updates with urgency, frequency, accuracy, and transparency.
Cultivate effective working relationships with team members and internal stakeholders, providing and receiving feedback respectfully.
Design both print and digital assets, including social media posts, brand guides, catalogs, books, and PowerPoint decks.
Collaborate with creative and business partners to align with visual systems, creative guidelines, and strategic objectives.
Create original designs within established layouts and form factors, adhering to design principles and brand guidelines.
Extend visual systems and brand guidelines across all mediums with moderate design changes.
Prepare optimized files for creative reviews.
Professional qualifications: 5+ years of design experience in agency, global brand, or tech environments.
Experience with ML/AI tech in design processes.
Demonstrated experience in digital media content, social media, and digital advertising in portfolio.
Strong understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices.
Curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas and techniques.
Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver projects on time with accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe design apps and Figma.
Experience with 3D design, motion design, and coding for design.
Ability to embrace diverse perspectives and foster inclusivity.
Superior organization and multitasking skills.
Fluency in PowerPoint and presentation tools.
Ability to make thoughtful decisions quickly.
Broad experience in video production, with emphasis on motion design/animation and editing.
$87,000 - $107,000 a year
The expected salary range for this role is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for the Fanatics Commerce annual bonus program and an equity award. Salary range is listed in USD and will be determined in part by a successful candidate's geographic location.
