The purposes of this position will be to provide a positive and consistent experience for our employees and customers at the following LVMH Maisons: CELINE, Givenchy, LOEWE, Kenzo, and Emilio Pucci
The candidate will play a key role in IT on helping to manage and implement IT network related projects, store openings/closing, proactively monitoring network for issues and to improve our infrastructure and IT services.
Network Day-to-Day Management:
- Serve as the Domain Expert for Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless Access Points, SD-WAN, Site-to-Site VPNs, User VPNs, and VoIP systems.
- Configure Firewalls, switches, and access points for stores and the corporate office.
- Collaborate with the security team to remediate vulnerabilities.
- Document and update changes in the network environment accurately.
- Supervise and maintain the network to provide solutions ensuring a reliable environment.
- Partner with the Global Network Team on establishing policies, procedures, and support frameworks.
- Work alongside IT teams on various projects requiring internet connectivity.
- Solve networking issues related to reliability, Wi-Fi connectivity, network efficiency, and ISP-related problems.
Network Projects:
- Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving performance and creating efficiencies within IT operations.
- Recommend new infrastructure solutions or services to meet challenges in the evolving retail landscape.
- Collaborate with Global IT on new initiatives including project planning implementation and documentation efforts all aligned towards interpersonal goals strategies.
Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with Headquarters (HQ) teams to manage services provided by Global vendors.
- Supervise local connectivity, telephony services, and infrastructure vendors for store locations.
- Manage and optimize costs associated with connectivity, telephony services, and infrastructure through negotiation with vendors.
Network Support:
- Solve network-related issues at both store locations and corporate offices providing timely resolutions where needed.
- Proactively monitor systems services to prevent incidents before they occur.
- Craft detailed documentation of tasks enabling Level 1 or Level 2 Service Desk staff to perform initial troubleshooting data collection steps more efficiently.
- Provide advanced Level 3 Support during critical incidents which may require attention outside of regular business hours.

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000k- $115,000k annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
