About the Role
The Company is actively seeking a dynamic and innovative Vice President of Art Direction and Visual Design to join its Executive Office and enhance the firm’s corporate strategy and brand identity. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with leading brand and marketing design initiatives, ensuring adherence to the firm's visual identity across all external communications. This encompasses the development of marketing materials, such as social media content, advertising assets, website pages, and branded applications.
You will collaborate closely with commercial leaders and external partners to create design-driven products and experiences while establishing a Firmwide Design Council to uphold consistent design standards. To excel in this role, you should possess 10-15 years of experience in brand design and art direction, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in multidisciplinary brand applications, particularly in conceptual marketing.
We are looking for candidates with a solid design background that balances creative talent with managerial and operational capabilities, along with a genuine passion for user-centered design. Exceptional communication skills are essential, enabling you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A production-savvy approach and proficiency in design and prototyping tools are critical, as is an eye for detail that supports clearly articulated design decisions.
Experience within the financial services or similarly complex industry is vital, as is the ability to collaborate across diverse design specialties and skillsets. This role provides an exciting opportunity to influence a modernization process focused on capturing the firm’s core values and translating them into world-class design that reflects the evolving commercial vision.
