Massanutten Resort Job Summary At the Virginia BBQ and Pizza Company, we offer our guests a variety of quick service food options. We strive assemble delicious sandwiches, platters, and sides in a quick and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction. As large-scale resort food and beverage establishment, we require vibrant and energetic employees who always have the guest experience at the front of their mind. The BBQ Assembly Artist is responsible for cooking duties including food preparation and cleaning/maintenance of all food prep areas. Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is required and must be able to uphold safety and sanitation policies. Required Basic food and beverage experience Typical Schedule Days: Varies, including morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays Hours: Varies, including evenings Core Responsibilities Properly and safely prepare and/or cooks quality food items in an efficient manner Assure food is stored at the safe temperatures and labeled correctly Maintain cleanliness and organization in food prep and cooking areas Clean and sanitize work area and food preparation equipment Stock freezers and coolers Provide quality food and great customer service Uphold standards of conduct, cleanliness, and food quality and safety Safely use and maintain cooking utensils and equipment Other duties as assigned by management For more information, contact us at 540-437-3372 or shenandoahprovisions@massresort.com.
