About the Role

The Company is seeking a Marketing Audience Strategy Lead with a Vice President level of experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the marketing transformation, guiding the audience vision and supporting the modernization efforts across consumer and community banking. This role requires a talented, data-driven, and relationship-focused individual who can partner with various teams, including data and analytics, line of business marketing, performance marketing, finance, product, and technology, to drive the audience modernization strategy. The candidate will be responsible for developing interim and target state audience strategies, creating initiatives and roadmaps that align with the firm's future state marketing vision, and ensuring the realization of a customer-obsessed marketing approach. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years of marketing or equivalent experience, with a strong background in marketing, product, or innovation. Experience in driving marketing and digital transformation within a large organization is essential. The role demands a strategic leader with the ability to scope problems, design solutions, and quantify their impact. The candidate should be a strong communicator, a team player, and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite is required, and experience with data-driven marketing systems such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and API data sets is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting or financial services and be adept at advocating for customer experience and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
