WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE: 

  • Maintain and manage project status reports and workback schedule.
  • Organize meetings to set expectations with team and client, and continually report on progress and next steps.  
  • Be proactive and ensure a constant flow of information for the internal team and external audiences, Microsoft Teams, email, etc.  
  • Manage SMEs and Senior Stakeholders and expectations. 
  • Track multiple digital assets across various projects using Azure Dev Ops, MS Teams & SharePoint.
  • Perceive potential issues and problem-solve, redirect, or refocus when needed.  
  • Respond to client and/or project turbulence with humor, agility, and improvisation.  

   

YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US IF YOU HAVE:   

  • An entrepreneurial spirit and are a self-starter.
  • Previous Microsoft experience.
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience.  
  • PMP or CAPM certified, or strong interested and desire to become PMP or CAPM certified.  
  • Three (3) + years’ experience within sales enablement organization as project manager 
  • Prior experience with Azure DevOps or similar CRM tools. 
  • Knowledge of Challenger sales methodology or similar a plus. 
  • Ability to manage a high volume of content assets of various types in different stages of production. 
  • An agile (not waterfall) mindset and comfort working in a technology-savvy environment.  
  • Impeccable organizational skills and ability to prioritize your actions. 
  • Ability to move fluidly between a strategic approach and tactical actions, and tailor your communications to key stakeholders based on their altitude-level. 
  • Conflict resolutions skills and confidence to have difficult conversations respectfully, and constructively.  
  • Relentless discipline to complete projects on client timelines and within scope, keeping impact to both the audience and the business in mind. 
  • Prior experience with sales enablement and seller audiences. 


DETAILS: 

Virtual / Remote, temporary, hourly position for up to 9 months. Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone. 

  

The targeted range for this role is $38-$50 hourly. Preferred locations: Arizona, Missouri, Washington, Virginia, Massachusetts, Illinois, Colorado, Florida, Texas, Maryland, Wyoming, Idaho.
