Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Assistant at AdSerts in Brookfield, WI. The Production Assistant will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring quality control, attention to detail, and collaborating effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities • Typesetting and formatting • Updating and maintaining design databases • Implementing corrections and updates for print and digital proofs • Assisting in the creation of rough layouts and mock-ups • Supporting post-print production processes • Creating and organizing digital assets for various projects Qualifications Production Assistance and Quality Control skills Customer Service and Teamwork abilities Editing experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of production processes and equipment Experience in marketing or advertising is a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
