Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Assistant at AdSerts in Brookfield, WI. The Production Assistant will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring quality control, attention to detail, and collaborating effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Typesetting and formatting

• Updating and maintaining design databases

• Implementing corrections and updates for print and digital proofs

• Assisting in the creation of rough layouts and mock-ups

• Supporting post-print production processes

• Creating and organizing digital assets for various projects

Qualifications

• Production Assistance and Quality Control skills
• Customer Service and Teamwork abilities
• Editing experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of production processes and equipment
• Experience in marketing or advertising is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
