Design Admin
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a design admin with 1 or more years of experience for a direct hire opportunity for a consumer goods organization in New York, NY. This position is hybrid 4 days on site 1 day work from home. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping the DAT folder clean.
- Creating on-boarding documents for the team.
- Exporting and send flat art to the Ecommerce team.
- Assisting in uploading artwork to Quickbase and FTP for reorders
- Downloading all of the latest guides from the licensors and saving them to the server.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design or related fields.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Experience:
- 1 years of design experience.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000
