Design Admin

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a design admin with 1 or more years of experience for a direct hire opportunity for a consumer goods organization in New York, NY. This position is hybrid 4 days on site 1 day work from home. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping the DAT folder clean.
  • Creating on-boarding documents for the team.
  • Exporting and send flat art to the Ecommerce team.
  • Assisting in uploading artwork to Quickbase and FTP for reorders
  • Downloading all of the latest guides from the licensors and saving them to the server.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design or related fields.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.

Experience:

  • 1 years of design experience.

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000
