By joining our team, you will have the chance to work on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects and utilize your highway bridge design expertise to serve as a design lead on transportation related projects. We’ll provide you the opportunity to lead a large team of engineers and oversee scheduling, coordination and technical work. You’ll work with various disciplines to efficiently complete tasks on schedule.
You’ll interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. Also, we’ll look to you to solve complex problems, take a broad perspective to identify different solutions, as well as guide others in solving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures. You’ll work with an experienced and innovative team of Engineers and Project Managers , as well as gain experience working directly with our clients and contractor partners to solve their most challenging problems. • Licensed and registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Massachusetts
• Strong organizational and communication skills and leadership abilities
• Substantial years of experience managing design for highway or bridge projects, preferably in the Massachusetts (MassDOT) transportation infrastructure market
• Design-Build management experience
• Design experience on projects of > $ 300 M construction cost
