As a leader in the industry, we are dedicated to providing a 5-star client experience in design and sales through client education, accurate measure/design and follow through. Responsibilities: Follow up on inbound leads within 2 business days of “New Lead” and qualify them Pursue new business while using proven Cabinet IQ sales model Understand client design requests and work with them to set an initial budget Design extraordinary kitchens for customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions Ensure accurate representation of Cabinet IQ products and services Maintain all contacts using internal CRM Daily maintenance of current customers and prospects Provide in-home consultations to measure, discuss client wishes, and offer professional opinions Provide accurate designs and proposals and follow up to overcome purchasing hesitations Order cabinets and countertops post invoice payment Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge Desired Experience: 5+ years of experience in cabinet sales and design Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of CAD software and design tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Required Experience: 2+ years of experience in cabinet sales and design Proven experience with design software (additional training can be provided) High School Diploma or equivalent minimum education About Us: Cabinet IQ has been a trusted provider of high-quality cabinets for over 7 years.
