WebstaurantStore is the leading restaurant supply & equipment e-commerce retailer! As a part of our design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects from email marketing to web design and everything in between. This position plays a key role in marketing the products sold through WebstaurantStore, and helping with any interdepartmental creative needs. Check out some of our work on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ webstaurantdesign/ We're looking for: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications Deep understanding of digital design and marketing strategies Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously Leadership abilities including mentoring and providing constructive feedback to a design team Dependable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Strong decision-making abilities and a strategic approach to problem-solving, focused on improving team performance and driving innovation in design processes and solutions. Ability to take direction well while also making independent, strategic decisions to drive project success Ability to prioritize and delegate projects, track team progress, and ensure on-time delivery Experience in facilitating team collaboration, running internal critiques and cross-functional reviews to improve work quality and cohesion Ability to balance creativity with speed, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy Basic HTML, CSS, UX and print design skills are a plus Skilled in collaborating with leadership teams to align design initiatives with broader business objectives.
