Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Help develop marketing automation systems and capabilities
Move huge amounts of data from our warehouse to our marketing automation tool to support campaigns
Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing channels using data driven analysis
Help define customer segments and profiles for targeting and marketing automation
Conduct EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) on enormous amounts of marketing data
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members on measurement projects
Essential requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or Data Science
SQL, Ability to write scalable queries
Curiosity, accuracy, and the ability to quickly learn and develop new skills
Strong communications, organization, and teamwork skills
3+ Year's experience working in an analytics related position, preferably in ecommerce.
3+ Year's experience working with a marketing automation tool
Preferred Experience: Web analytics (Google Analytics or similar tool)
Attribution Modeling
Audience Building
Experience using data visualization software (ex. Power BI or Looker Studio)
Prior experience with large-scale, paid media accounts, preferably e-commerce businesses

Remote work qualifications Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
Access to a home router and modem.
A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
