We are the exclusive distributor of Quantum Quartz and Lapitec (A Sintered Stone), an engineered stone produced with the finest materials by highly qualified craftsmen. We are an exclusive distributor in the state of Florida for some exclusive quartzite, Day treat Florim porcelain slabs. slabs have been imported from Italy, Brazil, India, and Asia for the past 17 yrs.

We also offer a wide range of products including tile and backsplash materials to coordinate with a brand new or an existing countertop. We also offer commercial grade Quantum Quartz, Lapitec (Sintered Stone) sealers, cleaners, and Dry Treat to help protect your stone from everyday elements and wear.

We are currently seeking an Architectural and Design Sales Manager to join one of the fastest growing companies in the stone industry and become a vital part of our NAPLES, FL team.

We are looking for someone with 3 - 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities for an Architectural and Design Sales Representative:

  • Development of commercial programs and Architect business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and nurture client relationships in order to continue winning new contracts.
  • Attend networking events and build industry connections in order to facilitate business growth.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with contractual obligations as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Works with other department heads to determine company goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Negotiate new projects and contract terms with new clients.
  • Act as a consultative partner to commercial customers by maintaining expert knowledge of the industry.
  • Actively involved with assigned industry associations
  • Development and execution of commercial dealer and landscaper conferences
  • Commercial trade show participation
  • Municipality commercial conversions

Qualifications for an Architectural and Design Sales Representative:

  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
  • 3 to 5+ years prior experience in business development or marketing fields
  • A proven history of successful leadership
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a strategic thinker and have strong negotiation skills.
  • Possess a collaborative mindset and work well as part of a team.
  • Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Up to date on industry trends, as well as laws and regulations
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
