As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning print designs, packaging solutions, and captivating marketing materials. Position Overview: Sunshine Bouquet Company is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who specializes in mass print design, packaging, and marketing collateral creation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate brand identity into engaging visual content. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering high-quality designs that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and create compelling print designs for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and product packaging. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. • Execute design projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project timelines. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in print design, packaging innovation, and mass market branding to continually elevate the quality of our visual assets. • Work closely with printers and production vendors to oversee the printing process, ensuring print quality and timely delivery of materials. • Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all print and packaging materials, maintaining brand consistency and integrity. • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea generation for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives. • Actively participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance design quality and effectiveness. • Assist with other design projects and tasks as needed, supporting the overall goals of the creative team and the company. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. • Proven experience (3 years) in graphic design, with a focus on print design, packaging, and marketing materials in a mass market or consumer goods environment. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and other relevant design software. • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print design and packaging projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of design principles. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. • Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and production techniques, with experience coordinating with print vendors preferred. • Passion for design, creativity, and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the brand through innovative visual storytelling. • Photography skills a plus.
