What You’ll Do: As a Revit CAD Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our modular buildings to life. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Design and Innovate: Draft and develop detailed 3D models of our modular structures for projects spanning various industries. Collaborate: Model key structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements in Revit. Precision in Execution: Generate shop drawings from your 3D models, adding critical dimensions, annotations, and fabrication instructions to ensure smooth assembly and construction. Refine and Perfect: Work closely with our Assistant Engineering Manager to revise shop drawings based on client feedback and input from our production team. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree required (bonus points for degrees in engineering, architecture, or design). 3 years of CAD drafting experience, with at least 1-2 years of expertise in Revit. A natural learner with the ability to quickly pick up new skills and adapt to changing environments. Knowledge and Skills We’re Looking For: Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit Experience with Architectural/MEP construction drawings, including interpreting blueprints and technical cut sheets.
